As of the 1st of December 2018 Raoul Meuwese is the new Executive Chef of Bridges. Raoul very motived to continue expressing and developing the new concept of Bridges. Raoul Meuwese's dishes are typically French with a modern twist. In addition he strives with his entire team to the highest culinary quality, Gault Millau rewarded the restaurant with a score of 15,5.
Bridges is mostly focused on fish, where you can enjoy the à la carte menu or the Menu du Chef' (4, 5 or 6 courses). A unique feature of Bridges is the Chef's Table in the heart of the kitchen! With a party up to 6 people you can enjoy the magic and full experience of the kitchen brigade up close. Prefer to sit private? Bridges has a private dining which is available from 8 till 12 people. During the summer time Bridges has a beautiful garden where dinner is served under the stars.
Across Bridges, within the same building you are able to find Garden Bistro Oriole, a place where you can relax completely. The bistro offers an all-day menu which is inspired on the Mediterranean cuisine with worldly influences to please all senses of taste. The Chef is turning the fresh and seasonal ingredients into the most indulging dishes in the summer the Garden is the place you have to be.
