We will reopen our doors on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 3:00 pm. 2-Michelin-star gourmet restaurant perched above the Mediterranean Sea, with one of the finest views on the Côte d'Azur. Chef Tom Meyer, MOF 2023, has been Executive Chef since 2024. He is assisted by Pastry Chef Florent Margaillan, Restaurant Manager Yann Vaye and Head Sommelier Mathieu Selier.
