The restaurant, managed by Michael Fulci (young chef trained at R. Vergé and A. Ducasse), offers a cuisine full of flavour and delicacy with a touch of Provence. The only ingredients used are fresh and in season. The masonry is an old pottery 16th century. The summer terrace (patio covered with a pergola of vines) a green oasis. The room has a special atmosphere with its wide arches Biot stones. The pearl grey walls give a modernity while preserving the ancient charm of the old stones. The staff in the dining room is very attentive, but at the same time discreet and available.
