The only fine-dining restaurant located in St. Mark’s Square, Ristorante Quadri is operated by the Alajmo family restaurant group. The restaurant was restored in early 2018 by Philippe Starck and selected Venetian artisans, bringing back the original splendour of the space. The menu, created by chef Max Alajmo and carried out by executive chef Silvio Giavedoni and his sous chef Sergio Preziosa, highlights contemporary interpretations of traditional Venetian and Italian dishes made with ingredients sourced directly from the Venetian lagoon. Guests can choose between three tasting menus - Max, Raf and 4 Atti - as well as à la carte options.
